I've been a huge fan of Disney stage shows ever since I got my first annual pass for Christmas, 1984. The first time I sat down to watch Disneyland is Your Land, in March or April of '85, I was hooked. I watched something like 8 to 10 shows every weekend, and once we reached summer, I spent darn near every day watching those shows ... my mother started to regret giving me an annual pass.
Never had a video camera of my own, but had friends, teachers, and others who would occasionally loan me one, and I taped a number of shows ... and missed a number of others when I couldn't find a camera to use. Friends who taped shows also shared them with me, though too often at 6 hour speed, leading to a rather large quality loss over the years.
Would love to be in contact with other fans to trade videos, and hunt down shows I am missing. Anyone have a copy of the 1985 Mouseketeer show at Videopolis?
