There was something disturbingly familiar about the words on the screen. The font was all pretty curves.
"You're in a YouTube channel description, Detective."
The truth split my skull open, a glaring green light washing the lies away. Words on the screen revealed the nature of the channel with heightened bravado, an underlying sense of paranoia as strangers read the typeface with mild interest, all wrapped up in an overwhelming amount of false positivity.
I was in a YouTube channel description. Funny as hell, it was the most horrible thing I could think of.
