Building & repairing cat refuges for street cats (outside Barcelona) for the winter...
You know I love cats, but not just the beautiful one you see in my videos!
My wife & I have built accommodation for 100 cats. It gets down to freezing here many nights in winter, so this keeps the little fellas toasty and warm. They love them!

Tight, sore hip muscles?
Stretching is NOT the answer! (& will often irritate it)
Foam rolling will aggravate it.
Cortisone shots are a band-aid.
You need to fix the underlying cause... muscle weakness.
Weak muscles can't cope, and struggling muscle become tight & sore!
What's the best way to strengthen them? (NOT with Clam exercises)
