Here is the recipe for my chocolate dessert. 1/3 cup of whipped cream cheese. 1/3 cup of heavy cream. 2T plain unsweetened cocoa. 1/4t vanilla. Liquid stevia to taste: I use 15 drops. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and use an electric hand blender to whip ingredients together. Start on low speed so the cocoa doesn't spill out of the bowl. Chill in the refrigerator for as long as you like, or in the freezer for up to 15 minutes, any longer, and it will be too hard. This is a big, filling serving, and I don't make this if I'm training to get leaner.
