Yesterday I asked what attachment style you most identify with, but I'm also curious, if you have a partner, what attachment style do you think they are? (And if you don't have a partner is there a particular attachment style you're most drawn to)?
These are the 4 styles
1. Secure
Comfortable with closeness and independence. You tend to trust others, communicate openly, and reach out when you need support.
2. Anxious (Preoccupied)
You really value closeness and reassurance, but often worry about being rejected or not being enough. Relationships can feel like a rollercoaster at times.
3. Avoidant (Dismissive)
You’re fiercely independent and often feel uneasy with too much emotional closeness. You might keep people at arm’s length, even if you care deeply.
4. Fearful-Avoidant (Disorganised)
You want connection but fear getting hurt. Relationships can feel confusing – you long for intimacy but also feel the urge to pull away.
Let me know in the comments:

My recent videos seem to have brought a lot of new viewers to the channel – welcome! I’m really glad you’re here.
I’d love to know: Which adult attachment style do you most relate to? Here’s a quick reminder of the four main types:

Comfortable with closeness and independence. You tend to trust others, communicate openly, and reach out when you need support.
2. Anxious (Preoccupied)
You really value closeness and reassurance, but often worry about being rejected or not being enough. Relationships can feel like a rollercoaster at times.

Some of you shared thoughtful feedback on my previous videos about anger, and I’ve been reflecting on it. My earlier videos focused on listening to anger and understanding its important message in the healing process.
But what happens when your anger is directed at someone who doesn’t deserve it—or when it spills over into relationships in ways that feel unjustified? That’s the focus of my latest video.
I hope this helps redress the balance and brings a more nuanced perspective to how we can navigate anger in our healing journeys.
Let me know what you think, and as always, thank you for being part of this conversation 💜

How do you heal when they won't apologise, or even acknowledge what they've done?
I share some of my experiences growing up in a community beset by terrorism and violence and what it taught me about living with injustice and rebuilding. Let me know in the comments what you take away from this video and what you might like me to cover next!

Question: Do you know who this guy is?
Please vote before looking at the comments.
I'm planning to include something from him the next video so want to know how recognisable he might be to people who watch this channel!
Thank you!
