My name is Amanda but many people call me 'Auntie A' which is where the channel name came from.

I'm a home cook/foodie who loves cooking and showcasing British food. I started the channel back when I was living in South Korea as I would get many questions how I cooked and what ingredients I used to make comfort food from UK. My favourite place in the house is in the Kitchen or around the dinning table making memories and sharing life with friends and family and if you would like some quick and easy recipes then you are in the right place.
