IronBagMan: The Self-Made Chef

Hello, I’m Lim Tae-hoon, a chef specializing in Korean-style Chinese cuisine, featured as the “Self-Made Chef” on various cooking shows.

I run a Chinese restaurant called Doryang, located near Gyeongbokgung Palace — a historic royal palace in Seoul, South Korea.

I'm also known as "IronBagChef", a nickname inspired by Korea’s use of heavy metal delivery containers called “chul-ga-bang” (철가방), once widely used for food delivery.
