i am amazed at jason blaha's body able to process so much roughage and fibers. through years and years of eating bowls of jasmine rice (with a splash of chicken) he has not only saved money but also adapted and evolved his body like an x-men mutant to process roughage and fibers. jason does not need meat or animal products. he is the perfect body to survive nuclear war and a zombie apocalypse. It is the opposite of keto. His body does not need protein or fat. He works on carbs..but not luxury carbs like chocolate or sugar. Oh no. It works on the most basic of oats, millet, elda, wheat and rice. Give him a field of wheat...and jason will never go hungry.
