Are you sure you’re investing your time on the right platform?
Are you sure your ideal clients are on here?
People post the same thing everywhere and hope it attracts.
And when it doesn’t work, they blame the algorithm.
→ LinkedIn is for high ticket, B2B, authority and clients.
→ Instagram is for vibe, visuals and personal brand.
→ TikTok is for viral reach and fast awareness.
→ X is for ideas and opinions.
→ YouTube is for trust, education and long form conversions.
→ Facebook is for groups and paid ads.
→ Facebook Groups are for building a captive community.
If your goal is clients, revenue and positioning yourself as the go to expert,
LinkedIn is still the most profitable platform by a mile.
→ High intent.
→ High trust.
→ High conversion.
→ Small following still wins big.
The key is knowing where your ideal client actually hangs out and building your strategy around that, not around trends.
If your client is on here, this is for you:

The most frequent questions I get:
“I’m growing my followers, but not my sales., how do I fix it?”
“I’m getting engagement, not got any leads though, what’s missing.”
“I have impressions, but nobody is messaging, is my service not right
for LinkedIn?”
If that sounds familiar, let me break it down: An audience without a sales system is just vanity.
Most business owners look active on LinkedIn, but their offer, messaging, and conversion process aren’t built for sales.
And if your goal is to turn followers into high-ticket clients?
You can’t rely on hopeful posting or accidental inbound leads.
Here’s what I always come back to:
Revenue comes from three things
→ A No-Brainer Offer Ecosystem people instantly understand
→ A sales process that removes friction
→ A system that turns connections into clients
Most people try to skip straight to “closing more deals” without fixing
the basics.
And that’s exactly why they stay stuck.
Here’s how we help clients turn LinkedIn into a revenue engine:
✔ Optimise your No-Brainer Profitable Offer Ecosystem so your audience knows exactly why they should buy
✔ Switch from selling to serving so they confidently close 4–5 figure B2C and B2B deals without feeling salesy
✔ Turn your LinkedIn connections into high-ticket clients on autopilot with a proven system that includes setting up an inbound and outbound engine.
This is the framework that takes you from “I hope someone buys” to “I know exactly how to create demand.”
And this is exactly what you’ll unlock inside Social Selling Mastery™:
✅ A proven system to sign clients consistently
✅ How to turn your profile into a sales magnet
✅ How to map out your entire offer ecosystem
✅ How to create conversations that convert
✅ How to build relationships that lead to high-ticket sales
If you're tired of posting without profit… If you want a process that doesn’t rely on luck…
It’s the system I wish existed when starting out.
That’s why it comes with a 30 day results guarantee or your money back.
Just follow the steps and do the work.

There comes a point in your career when you realise you’re no
longer growing.
For me that came in 2014 and again in 2018 when I realised I’d outgrown the environment I was in.
All the things I thought I wanted were ticked off and yet the void was
still there.
The feeling that you’re only using 20 percent of your potential can eat away at you.
I had skills.
I had experience.
I had more to give.
But I was capped by someone else’s vision for me.
I began searching and reading books from people who had the results
I wanted.
There’s one sentence that flipped the switch:
👉🏼 “What got you from A to B won’t get you from B to C. You need to change the vehicle.”
For most of my career, I let someone else drive.
My progression, income and opportunities all depended on whether a boss said yes.
I even told the head of my department, “You decide whether I retire in a studio eating budget yogurt.”
So I made moves people call crazy.
Sold the new car I never drove.
Downsized my home.
Changed spending habits.
Built a financial runway.
Then lockdown hit and March 2020 became an opportunity.
Reading “Never Split the Difference” helped me negotiate an exit people said would never happen.
It happened.
This allowed me into the next chapter of using my knowledge to help people shortcut what took me years:
↳ Building a vision and end goal
↳ Creating trusted relationships
↳ Building wealth from zero
↳ Using LinkedIn as a business-growth engine
I wrote one line that became the mission:
I am a Mentor for Millennials.
Of course mistakes were made.
I hired a highly rated Zurich coaching company that told me “Mentors don’t get paid” and that my brand name was wrong.
That’s when I learned this lesson:
Only take advice from people who’ve achieved what you want.
I started over.
Rebuilt.
And this time it clicked.
Within two years, I sold my 3K offer five times.
One client even stopped me in the supermarket because he recognised my 10X cap.
👉🏼 If you can sell your offer five times, you have a business.
Fast forward to today:
↳ Helped 60+ people hit Top 1 percent on LinkedIn
↳ Many now rank at the top of Google
↳ Fast approaching 1M in sales
↳ Built a team of talented people who are compensated properly
The emptiness is gone.
Now it’s fulfilment, growth and building a legacy.
If you’re reading this thinking you’re made for more, try this:
Write your personal, professional and financial goals for 1, 3 and 5 years.
1. Get around people who’ve done it. Read, connect, consume.
2. Audit the 5 people you spend most time with. Distance yourself from anyone holding you back.
3. Commit first. Figure the rest out later.
4. Opportunities are everywhere.
You just have to decide it’s your turn.
♻️ If you know someone underappreciated, share this.

If you’re thinking of giving up, this is for you.
Going against the norm is lonely.
14 years in a company where 500 people knew me by name, some came to my home and yet when I left, I can count on one hand the number of people who stayed in touch.
This is how I made a career transition to one that exceeds my employee income and what I would recommend to my younger self.
Rebuilding your network from zero is vital.
1. This time, surround yourself with people who are equally passionate, on the same journey, and most should be a few steps ahead of you.
2. Aim to get in contact with the masters, those that are leaders in the industry and if you can, hitch your wagon to them to accelerate the progress. Learn from them and master your skill and keep mastering it, it’s
never “done”.
3. Use this platform to find those people and reach out to them, you’ll be surprised how many say yes if you speak openly and honestly about your intention. This platform is like a phone book of every decision maker on earth and you can geofence a zip code and search pretty deep. I found purpose driven people who are successful, I can learn from and into personal development and sent them a message. All for free.
4. Attend conferences where your mentors, ideal clients, prospects hang out. Pro tip: If it’s a free in person event, skip it, the most serious people I met pay for information. Aim to meet 10 new people per event and get the contact details of those who are interesting.
Everyone of the photos are examples of an introvert getting out of his shell and meeting “10 new people”.
If you’re still to shy to approach people in real life, I can show you how to use the filters on here to find the exact people you’re looking for and contact them so you don’t go it alone, whether it’s mentors or prospects because it’s what I do for a living.
Comment “MASTERCLASS” below and I’ll invite you to my next live demo where I’ll show you how to do it, share my best strategies and if you believe in yourself, you will succeed.
One last thing… everyone starts at zero.

You can build a successful business and still stay invisible on LinkedIn.
Just know that you’re leaving money on the table.
Because people don’t buy from companies, they buy from people they know, like and trust.
Your personal brand matters and it’s not your job title.
It’s the perception you create through what you share, how you show up, and how you make people feel.
If you want to build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn, start here 👇
1️⃣ Define what you want to be known for (keywords you want to pop up on search for)
2️⃣ Optimise your profile to position yourself as an authority (thought leader)
3️⃣ Share insights that show how you think, as well as what you do
4️⃣ Engage with intention, (what do you want out of this?) credibility is built in conversations
5️⃣ Stay consistent, trust grows through repetition and even a couple of times a week is enough.
Done correctly, your profile will attract the right opportunities.
If you want to learn how to build a strong personal brand on LinkedIn I have a gift for you:
Download our LinkedIn Playbook, it’s your step-by-step guide to building a personal brand that has driven business growth for the hundreds my team and I have served: theinacademy.com/playbook

You will be forgotten.
Visibility doesn’t stick around forever.
You have to keep showing up to stay remembered.
(Just like when you forgot that your neighbours husband is an electrician and spent 3 hours looking on google and calling to find one, overpaid and the quality wasn’t all that.)
Every time you post, comment, or share value, you remind people you exist and that you’re the real deal.
You need to be seen 7-11 times before a prospect is ready to interact.
(That’s why the On Cloud shoes I looked at are discretely appearing on my browser no matter which website I go to)
Stop showing up, and the algorithm (and your audience) move on fast.
This is how you fix it.
❌ Mistake #1: No system = no consistency
↳ If you’re still posting “when inspiration hits,” you’re not building a brand.
Clients want to know you’ll show up for them but if you can’t show up regularly, that trust gets lost before it begins.
Be known for the person that talks about X, Y and Z. (Content Pillars)
❌ Mistake #2: New ≠ consistent
↳ You don’t need to reinvent the wheel every time you post.
You can repurpose previous content that performed well (over 3 months is a sweet spot) and give it a twist, say it differently, make it "short, sharp and punchy".
What’s stopping you from posting consistently right now, time, ideas, or confidence?

“I don’t know what to talk about”
”I posted last 10 days ago”
”It’s not working”
Content is the vehicle that get’s attention.
If you want more clients and not creating great content then I can guarantee you’re leaving money on the table.
I always go back to Know, Like & Trust
→ A demo of your product and service get’s new people to know the problem you solve.
→ A Behind the Scenes tour get’s your ideal prospects to Like you.
→ A testimonial get’s prospects to Trust you.
When you’re creating content, it’s much easier when you follow a system instead of chasing random ideas.
Most people sit down to post and think… “What should I write today?”
Those are typically the clients that came to use and never previously had the results they desired.
Content without a system is just noise.
Here’s what we use at Theinacademy
✔ Content Pillars → so your audience knows exactly what you stand for
✔ Content Ideation → never run out of ideas again
✔ Advanced Content Matrix → repurpose with intention, not repetition
✔ Bingeworthy Copy Formula → write posts people actually read
✔ Post → hit publish with confidence
This is the funnel that takes you from “random posting” to content that attracts, engages, and converts.
And this is exactly what you’ll unlock inside our MARKETING program:
✅ How to build a content system you can stick to
✅ How to create posts that generate leads (not just likes)
✅ How to stop wasting time on random posting
If you’re tired of writing content that goes nowhere… this is the system you’ve been missing.
It’s the system I wish existed when starting out.
That’s why it comes with a 30 day results guarantee or your money back.

”If they don’t know you, they can’t hire you”
3 things I wish I my younger self knew:
1. Google is indexing your LinkedIn profile.
↳ My advice is to use it to your advantage by making sure your photo is great and profile up to date. It will serve you as people look for you.
2. Reports claim up to 80% of jobs are filled through networking.
↳ Whether it’s true or not, your network definitely helps, add people on LinkedIn first, IG and FB later.
3. Share your professional opinions, advice, journey to attract your audience.
↳ Even if you don’t post, you should like (and comment) on content that you enjoy.
One precision, use your comments to add value and your expertise. You’ll be surprised how your inbound connections grow organically.
Your LinkedIn profile should be a advert for you working 24/7 around the globe and not an outdated digital CV collecting dust (or static).
If you don’t know where to start, here’s a checklist: theinacademy.com/rockstar-linkedin-profile

"Beliefs have the power to create and the power to destroy."
Tony Robbins
11 words that summarise Tony Robbins 3 day seminar for me.
Another inspiring quote but concretely what did I get out of it?
I recognised the beliefs that I had that did not serve me. They'd come from things people had said, friends, family, ex colleagues, some even from bosses.
What had they cost me?
- Promotions going to others because I daren't ask.
- Asking for leaders I respected to mentor me and accelerating growth.
- Not using any of the training budget set aside by HR.
- And 10 years wasted in corporate while I could have been starting my own business or side hustle.
So what do you do when you identify those beliefs?
Once we're able to find those beliefs, throw them in the trash we're able to do phenomenal things.
Day 1 of Tony's seminar, around midnight I walked barefoot on Tony's burning hot coals, known as the "Firewalk" (google it)
No blisters or injuries, it felt like walking on popcorn.
When you can do that, you're not scared of putting yourself out there on socials, asking for what you want, or going for to close the deal.
Was it worth $5000 ?
That depends how much you believe in yourself.
Just through getting the room with the same type of people, I met phenomenal growth minded people including the owner of a Private Jet company who invited me to take my first flight privately and has taught me a phenomenal amount about his journey.
So if you're looking to step it up into a new job, finally start the venture, or step up your business, the common denominator is that people need to know you.
"If they don't know you, they can't hire you."
For me, the easiest way to get know is to be googlable, and you can get to the top for free.
I'm hosting a masterclass for 15 people, where I'm going to share everything I know from starting a business from $0 to $xxx, xxx annual revenue.
Comment "Masterclass" to get the details, early access, and a chance to reserve a spot.
