Stray Animals Matter or S.A.M. is a state licensed No Kill Animal Shelter that is dedicated in helping the voiceless. We have a program to help eliminate feral cat communities, thru TNR (Trap Neuter Return)
A 501C3 non-profit organization that runs strictly on donations & volunteers. There are N0 paid employees. It is our goal to help provide foster homes for the cats and kittens that can be rehabilitated after the TNR process. Until they can be placed into their forever adopted homes
