I research AI and its real-world consequences. My work focuses on what happens when AI moves from labs to society, particularly around perception, policy and geopolitics. My work has been featured in the BBC, The Economist, Financial Times, Forbes and POLITICO among others.

Next to this, I'm an Affiliate Researcher at the Bennett School for Public Policy at Cambridge University and an AI expert at the OECD as well as the Welsh Government.

I've presented at the World Economic Forum, advised ministers and executives on AI strategy, and delivered over 50 lectures in 2025 on AI's societal impact. I was recognized among the top 15 speakers worldwide on ethical AI and received Cambridge University's Prospect Public Policy Award.
