I prefer to post unique videos.
I'm willing to post a "duplicate video" (video someone else has already posted) only if I believe my video stock is better than all previous posts. In general, I had been very selective about my uploads, but I guess now I'm trying to add posts more freely. I don't tend to stray too far from Loretta, but other artists will also be posted from time to time, such as Dolly, Jerry Lee and others. Anything that's really good from anyone is a potential post.
BTW, all (except one) of my vids are viewable in High-Quality mode*. [*Well, that's not true anymore. After years of all my vids being available in 480P HQ mode, YouTube now (2010) has reduced the maximum playback quality of most of them to 360P.] youtube.com/account_playback
