🦋 **Journey to Balance is designed to support and inspire you on the path towards more inner balance.** The softness of Yin and the strength of Yang resides in all of us, and this journey invites you to explore what that balance means to you in this season of your life.

✨ We will journey together **from December 12th until December 24th**.

💗 You will receive **a super juicy email every day**, **packed with inspiration, practices and recipes** *. This is the heart of this Journey! So make sure to subscribe to the emails to receive them! We will recommend practices for the days there's no new yoga class going live!

In the Sensual Soma Yoga Teacher Training we will explore the art of somatic healing, nervous system regulation, yin yoga, sensual yoga, tantra, transformative feminine embodiment, trauma informed facilitation and so much more.
