Our beautiful daughter Lilah Solana is here 🌞

She came earthside at 38 weeks on the 5th of October after a beautiful, empowering and very intense 14 hour homebirth journey. She simply couldn’t wait to join us here 🌻 she is happy and healthy and vibrant and the most beautiful human I have ever met in my entire life. I am forever changed by her. I have not yet many words about just how much we love her, just how deeply our lives have shifted now. If you are a mother you will understand ✨

✨ A little personal update from my heart to yours ✨

My dear YouTube family,
As some of you who are following me on socials or are part of my membership Unfold already know: I’m pregnant with our baby girl! 💗🌿

This journey has already been such a deeply humbling, magical, and tender experience — and I feel so honored to be walking it while continuing to share space with you here.

As my body shifts and opens to new life, you can expect to see some new offerings here on the channel: gentle, nourishing prenatal yoga classes for anyone who is currently pregnant, consciously conceiving, or simply curious about connecting with their body in a softer, more intuitive way.
The first prenatal yoga class is going live today, and it comes straight from my heart (and belly!) to yours.

And please know — if you’re not on the pregnancy journey yourself — I’ll still continue to create and share a wide variety of classes and practices for all bodies and stages of life. This is and always will be a space for every-body to feel welcomed, supported and lovingly held.

Thank you for being here with me, in all the phases of growth and change.
I can’t wait to move, breathe, and expand with you in this next chapter.

wie einige von euch, die mir auf Social Media folgen oder Teil meiner Membership Unfold sind, vielleicht schon wissen: Ich bin schwanger – mit unserem kleinen Mädchen! 💗🌿

Diese Reise ist bereits jetzt so tief berührend, magisch und transformierend – und ich fühle mich unglaublich geehrt, diesen Weg zu gehen und gleichzeitig weiterhin diesen Raum hier mit euch teilen zu dürfen.

Da sich mein Körper verändert und sich für neues Leben öffnet, wird es hier auf dem Kanal bald einige neue Inhalte geben: sanfte, nährende Yogaeinheiten für die Schwangerschaft – für alle, die gerade schwanger sind oder sich einfach nach einer achtsamen, intuitiven Verbindung mit dem eigenen Körper sehnen.
Die erste Schwangerschaftsyoga-Klasse geht heute online – und sie kommt direkt aus meinem Herzen (und Bauch!) zu dir.

Und bitte weiß: Auch wenn du gerade nicht selbst auf einer Schwangerschaftsreise bist, wird es hier weiterhin eine bunte Vielfalt an Klassen und Praxisimpulsen für alle Körper und Lebensphasen geben. Dieser Raum ist und bleibt ein Ort, an dem sich jede*r willkommen, gesehen und liebevoll gehalten fühlen darf.

Danke, dass du hier mit mir bist – durch all die Phasen von Wachstum und Veränderung.
Ich freue mich so sehr darauf, gemeinsam mit dir weiter zu atmen, zu fühlen und zu wachsen – in diesem neuen Kapitel.

I am officially launching an online yoga teacher training together with an incredible friend and amazing teacher! 
Yes, it is finally happening 😍♥️ 

In the Sensual Soma Yoga Teacher Training we will explore the art of somatic healing, nervous system regulation, yin yoga, sensual yoga, tantra, transformative feminine embodiment, trauma informed facilitation and so much more. 

I am so excited to share this with you soon!!
