HOPE ALLIANCE OF NWI is a 501(c)(3) harm reduction and community health organization serving Northwest Indiana. We provide overdose prevention, naloxone distribution, safe use supplies, maternal & child harm reduction support, street outreach, HIV/HCV education, and connections to housing, food, and healthcare resources.
