Brothers in Occitanie are working on a long term project to renovate and restore Le petit châtaigne (the small chestnut) - a mountain side farm and farm house. Using regenerative farming methods whilst championing biodiverse and organic produce, their vision is to work with, not against the land, creating a home for themselves, family and future generations to come.
