I'm Lena, a certified yoga teacher and a former dancer. 😊 I have always been passionate about all types of movement and love helping others to feel their best.
I aim to create a silent practice space to allow you to focus on yourself, with no music but natural sounds and minimal talking.
Thus, I do not use any intros or talk before the class.
This is the space for your peace and introspection. 🙏
