I know what it's like to feel weak, small and insignificant.
I remember wishing I had muscles and good posture because I knew it would translate into better first impressions.
I always felt like the smallest guy in the room and that women wouldn't want a man that couldn't protect them.
I had to make a change. I had to be accountable. I had to listen to my body.
4 Years of training properly, hitting my nutrition and maintaining my mobility lead to an increase of 35lbs total weight.
I gained 20lbs of lean muscle mass. And could see my abs the whole time during the bulk.
It can be done.
Consistency made it happen. But I had to be doing the right stuff.
