Yoga Nidra is a sleep aid; it will help you fall asleep easier and to sleep better. Studies show that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra, also known as NSDR - Non Sleep Deep Rest - is worth 2 to 3 hours of deep restorative sleep.

In Yoga Nidra we often work with intention and positive affirmations for self-love and acceptance, inner healing, letting go, releasing stress and anxiety, easing depression, and manifesting your desires.

Yoga Nidra is also an excellent mindfulness practice, helping you ground into the body and the present moment. It cultivates awareness and self-discovery. It is a form of somatic healing, and excellent for nervous system regulation, moving you from stress to peace and calm.
