Sometimes you have to slow down to speed up. Speed is a misunderstood action.

It makes most think that to win you must move the fastest. That is only partially true.

Yes- the first step is all about raw speed. The first mover almost always wins. But from there it’s less about sheer speed and more about the systems of “strategic speed”.

Fast enough to keep up - slow enough to self correct - and controlled enough to learn from your mis steps without breaking complete stride.

Speed isn’t jsut a sprint: It’s a measured, unrelenting forward process. At times it will require you to sprint, while other times it will require you to crawl. Both are “fast”

Knowing which to do when is real definition of “speed”.

Too often we confuse history for value. The truth is time is no indication of quality, trust, or value.

We want it to be true because it “feels” better.

“I’ve known them my whole life -so their intentions have to genuine”

“They’re my family member so they’d never betray me”

“We’ve been together for 5 years so he/she deserves forgiveness “

The truth is - time does not warrant a free pass, guarantee loyalty, or mean they have your best interest in mind.

Sometimes it’s the person you just met that will put your needs above their own, or love you the way you’ve always wanted , or want what’s best for you with no expectations.

Sometimes your past needs to stay where it is, in the past. A memory of what has led you to this next, better part of your life.

Holding onto your past - ONLY because it’s your past - will ensure that you never become the best version of you.

Letting go is hard because it’s supposed to be. Nothing easy ever leads to anything better.

Be loyal to your future - not your past doesn’t mean selfishly turning your back on everyone.

It means honoring the best version of you. That version only evolves from consistent growth and change. Those from your past that do not also grow and change will try to keep you stuck with them.

That is when you must be loyal to your future - not your past.

99% won’t read this- and that fact will prove my point precisely why success eludes so many! 😬 🤷‍♂️

After 25 years of grind, hustle, success and failures at the highest level here is what success really looks like.

It’s not about strength. We are all weak at first - strength will come.

The Spartans believed that what warranted punishment wasn’t failing in combat drills, but refusing to maintain shields, polish weapons, or clean the barracks.

Boring duties revealed more about character than contests of strength.

What does that have to do with success today?

The enemy isn’t fatigue or fear, but self neglect. A man who cant perform routine tasks will later abandon greater responsibilities.

Discipline is built in monotony, NOT in adrenaline.

Why success is so elusive:

It’s like a giant hidden test: . The path to success is hidden in years of dull, repetitive tasks.

The key isn’t about a perfect body or spotless room — it’s about proving loyalty to yourself.

A man who can handle tedious without complaint can be trusted in chaos.

There are Two types of men.

One thrives only on excitement — chasing gyms, battles, and “big moments.” They collapse when faced with the grind.

The other endures small, invisible duties every day, and becomes unshakable in crises. One builds image. The other builds backbone.

Today men obsess over peak performance, but avoid the “boring” rituals: budgeting, daily reading, consistent training, showing up on time.

Greatness isn’t forged in the arena. It’s forged in whether you can keep promises to yourself and commit to the smallest tasks.

What kind of man are you?

That's right... Become a "Plumber"! Let me explain...

To become rich you don't have to have a BIG idea- you simply have to find a "leak" and fix it.

It's often a boring, dirty job, and no one cares how you get it done. They only care that the "water" stops.

Stop trying to be a genius - and start being a plumber- one leak at a time!

I never do this… but today’s events hit me hard.

Not because of politics. Not because of ideology. Not even because I agreed or disagreed with anyone’s position.

Why? Because a human life was taken — a husband, a father, a son — for nothing more than having an unbending opinion, the ability to articulate it, and the platform to share it.

As I scrolled through some of the reactions online, I was disgusted by the cruelty of certain comments.

Let me be clear: if you have anything to say about today’s tragedy other than acknowledging its horror and condemning the cowardice of the attacker, please unfollow me and seek help.

Words. Opinions. Debates. These do not warrant violence. In fact, they are the very foundation of our nation.

Our differences are not what tear this country apart — they are what built it. You are not always right. They are not always wrong. If you rage because someone stands in opposition to your beliefs, you are the problem.

We may not agree with every viewpoint, but we should fight for the right of others to express theirs. This illusion of moral superiority, where your beliefs erase someone else’s humanity, is nothing more than a dangerous fairly tale.

Today is a sad day — not for Republicans or for Democrats, but for us all as citizens.

Condolences feels far too small a word. 🙏

Gents! We have a problem!? 😬💩🤣 This is the location of some of my deepest critical thinking!

Recent studies show: ⬇️

Spending too much time on the toilet might be doing more harm than you think. According to medical experts, sitting for longer than 10 minutes can increase the risk of hemorrhoids and strain on the rectal veins due to gravity and poor posture. Many people are unaware that prolonged toilet time can actually disrupt healthy bowel habits.

The rise of smartphones has made it common to scroll endlessly while sitting, turning a quick bathroom break into a prolonged session.

Doctors are now urging people to be mindful of the time spent on the toilet and to adopt better bathroom habits, like regular movement and a fiber-rich diet, to support digestive health.
This simple shift in daily routine could protect against unnecessary complications.

So next time you reach for your phone while in the bathroom, remember that quick in and quick out is better for your body than extended scrolling sessions.
