The Morning Routine That Changed Everything โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ‹

This is a part of my daily routine that I started 4 years ago and my boys joined in as well.

I've been religiously drinking warm lemon ๐Ÿ‹ water in the morning since I was 15.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

I added plain celery juice and a heavy metal wild blueberries detox smoothie when I learned about Medical Medium in 2021.

Before I started the MM morning cleanse, I had no energy, I struggled with severe bloating, and I would crash if I ate "too much sugar."

I relied on green tea and matcha to give me energy.. until I had adrenal fatigue. I'll talk about that some other time.

What I've noticed the past 4 years is an abundance of energy, in the morning (to sustain my workouts) without any caffeine and throughout the day. I also have no cravings anymore (salt/vinegar and dark chocolate were my fave!)

Almost everyone runs on caffeine in the morning and again in the afternoon when their energy dips. Do your own research, figure out how you can support your body and live in harmony with it. ๐Ÿ˜‰

Over the years I've realized that:

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพmy health/wellness is better when I get into nature,
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพI feel great when I move my body joyfully (without obsessing)
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพI need to rest/sleep when my body needs to
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพI deserve to have boundaries
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพit's important to honor my feelings
๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพI deserve to spend time with people who fill my cup
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพmy body need to be nourished by implementing the 80/20 rule

We gathered on a beautiful, rainy, cold fall ๐Ÿday to connect and learn from each other. I'm grateful to Brenda M and Lani for attending today. ๐ŸคŽ Thank you for your help Brenda M. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

I'm thankful for Jessica for her session on mindfulness and food. We all enjoyed it. ๐Ÿฅฐ

I'm thankful for Brenda. She gave all of us a beautiful healing biofield tuning session. We all needed that.๐Ÿง˜๐Ÿพโ€โ™€๏ธ

I'm proud and grateful for myself for going after my dream of creating women's retreats. I've always wanted to create space for women to come together and heal. ๐Ÿซ‚โ˜€

I used to apologize for EVERYTHING! I started working on healing myself and slowly being conscious of my behaviors/patterns.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿพ

Now I am bold, confident and definitely don't feel the need to apologize for everything.๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ

In my opinion, lack of self esteem makes you vulnerable and I believe you can heal and break free.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿพ
