Nepal Secretariat of Skills and Training (NSST) was established in 2021 as a non-profit distributing company.
NSST works under SDG- 4(Gender equality), 5(Quality education) and 8(Economic growth). NSST aims to make a good eco-system for dual TVET in Nepal, create excellent career opportunities for youths and bridging them with German partner companies.
At NSST, we build towards a world in which equal and fair access to opportunities for everyone exists. A world that values diversity and gives access to opportunities to young, motivated talents, no matter their background. A world which fosters knowledge and skill transfer back to Nepal, enables circular migration for skill gain and enhances a good eco-system for dual TVET in Nepal.
