Yes, you can call an expert out to get many things done, but also YES, you can get it done yourself with a little ingenuity, determination, and for much less money out-of-pocket. Sometimes it's necessary to call in the professionals, but I've found that most times, I can do it for so much cheaper if I put a little thought into it.

I have a basic tool collection and many years experience in fixing up my home using them. I'm confident you can use this knowledge as a springboard to fix it yourself, build it yourself, DO IT YOURSELF,...and just get it done!
