Halleboulja Bakes

This channel is about working with sourdough. During the great pandemic lockdown of 2020 I started a love affair. A love affair with all things sourdough. Seriously though, sourdough baking pretty much occupies my every waking and sleeping moment. I decided to start this channel when I realized how much I love sharing my (still fledging) 'expertise', and offering support, and encouragement to other novice bakers. Baked goods made with wild yeast has many nutritional benefits and is cost effective. Sourdough baking is a also a great creative outlet and can be extremely therapeutic as well. Baking is an amazingly constructive way to blow off steam (pun intended🙃) or just to relax. So...aspiring and experienced sourdough bakers unite! Help me to make this space one of continuing knowledge sharing, support, encouragement and inspiration. Thanks!
