The Mixed Defensive Tactics system combines the best of a wide variety of ancient and modern styles into a practical approach that is highly effective in numerous scenarios involving improvised and real weapons
The program is a way of understanding basic motion. It is based on the principles of Modern Arnis and the use of Gross motor skills. There is not an emphasis on fancy motions or drills, just a focus on tactical, reality based concepts as applied to edge tools/ projectile tool (firearm) / impact tool.
This program makes real world self defense easier to understand and accomplish.
