I’ve been lifting on and off since 2009, but to be honest, I didn’t have the nutrition, recovery, or training intensity dialed in. It wasn’t until May 2025 that I started lifting seriously — tracking progress, hitting my protein, sleeping enough, training to failure. So yeah… this is my first real year of actual muscle-building training.
