Why are some people instantly likeable? Social psychology shows it’s not random; there are specific behaviors that trigger connection and respect.
In my new video I share practical strategies to build charisma and influence:

Most people don’t realize how much control they actually have over their own brain.
The truth is, your brain is always learning.
Not just from books or school, but from your repeated thoughts, reactions, and focus.
Whatever patterns you repeat most often? That’s what your brain strengthens. That’s what becomes automatic.
This is what Donald Hebb meant when he said, “Neurons that fire together wire together.”
Every time you visualize a new version of yourself, or imagine doing something with confidence, or mentally rehearse the life you want, you’re literally helping your brain rewire itself around that new experience.
This is neuroplasticity.
It’s not magic, it’s not wishful thinking. It’s how the human brain works.
The problem is, most people visualize the wrong things all day long: how stuck they feel, what could go wrong, how they think others see them.
And because they repeat it, it becomes their reality.
But the opposite is just as true: if you repeat a new pattern, your brain starts to rewire around it.

If you could get more control over just one of these, which would you pick?

“You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems.”
— James Clear (Author of Atomic Habits)
We all get excited about setting goals.
“This is the year I finally do it.”
But what actually determines whether that happens… isn’t the size of the goal.
It’s what your day looks like when motivation fades.
That’s what this quote reminds me.
You don’t reach a goal by aiming higher and you don’t reach a goal by just wishing it would happen either.
You reach it by building a repeatable path that makes it almost inevitable.
If you’re trying to break old patterns, grow in your career, or even change how you respond in relationships, look at the structure underneath.
Is your environment set up to support that change?
Are your habits aligned with it, or are they still pulling you back into the same outcomes?
Are you being the person that would naturally have the results you want, or are you secretly sabotaging yourself?
The results you see today are just feedback from the system you’ve been running.
Change the system, and the results follow.

You don’t need another technique. You need to stop assuming it’s not working.
Let’s be honest — when you’re trying to manifest something that really matters to you, it’s so tempting to keep switching techniques.
Maybe this one didn’t work fast enough.
Maybe that one doesn’t feel powerful anymore.
Maybe this new one will finally get you the result.
But here’s the truth:
Every technique is just a tool to help you shift your assumptions.
Because it’s not about what method you use.
It’s about what story you keep returning to after you use it.
You can affirm all day. You can visualize like a pro.
But if you finish and go right back to thinking:
“It’s still not working.”
“What if I’m wrong?”
“What if he really doesn’t want me?”
…then that’s the reality your mind keeps building around you.
And here’s the part most people don’t see:
They don’t just think those doubts —
They defend them.
They argue for them.
They treat them like facts.
“I know I shouldn’t think this… but in my case, it’s different.”
“It’s not just a limiting belief — it’s true.”
💭 If you’ve caught yourself doing that — this video will hit home.

Why manifesting a specific person can feel harder than manifesting money, a job, or even a dream home — even when love is what you want most.
If you’ve ever thought,
“I can manifest things, but people? That’s where I always get stuck…”
You’re not alone — and you’re not doing anything wrong.
Manifesting things often feels easier because it doesn’t feel as personal.
If a job or amount of money doesn’t show up, we rarely make it mean something deep about us.
But when it comes to a specific person?
It starts to feel like you’re manifesting your own worth.
You think:
💔 “Why won’t he choose me?”
💔 “Why does she pull away?”
💔 “If they come back, then I’ll know I’m enough.”
And that pressure — to prove something about yourself through this person — makes it feel heavy. Emotional. Urgent.
And here's where most people get tripped up:
They can believe in manifesting a raise or a car.
But manifesting a different version of someone?
That feels impossible — because they still think people have “free will” or that someone “just doesn’t feel that way anymore.”
But here's the truth:
The version of them you're interacting with is a reflection of your assumptions.
And yes — that can change. Even if it feels stuck right now.
🔬 Want proof?
Set up a small experiment to test it.
Not with your specific person just yet — but with someone easier.
Someone you don’t feel so triggered by.
Because once you see that you can manifest a change in how someone treats you…
It becomes so much easier to believe you can do the same with your specific person, too.
💡 I walk you through exactly how to set up that experiment in this video:
