The mission of Treasures Around Us is to support positive mental health through the connection between appreciation and happiness. There are many, many treasures around us and about us that we don't need a shovel to find. This page is an invitation to connect with the words I need to say out loud to remind myself of what's important; and what I need to remember every day in my battle against depression.
