I am an Agile Coach specializing in global transformation projects - large non-software companies that are shifting to a software-centric business model. I work with developers, managers, and executives to affect a culture shift to Agile principles, the lean-startup mindset, and small-team based work groups.
I’ve lived and worked in six different countries around the world, and have managed teams with over 30 different nationalities. I speak four languages and studied at INSEAD, the number one international MBA program in the world, where I focused on Organizational Behavior and Blue Ocean Strategy.
