- More recent songs get first priority over older ones, regardless of time of request
-P.S. If you would like me to sub a recent video, try to let me know before the actual MV comes out (the time of the teaser) so I'll be more motivated to finish it by the MV release :)
Programs:
I use aegisubs to time the subs, VirtualDub to hardsub the music videos, slow and mirror dance videos
