I used to face *BLOATING* after meals a lot (especially after dal-rice or festive sweets). One thing that really helped me was *Jeera-Ajwain* boiled water.
How I make it:
1. Take 1 tsp cumin (jeera) + 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain).
2. Boil them in 1 cup water for 4-5 minutes.
3. Strain and sip it warm, slowly after meals.
Benefits:
• Reduces gas and bloating naturally
• Improves digestion
• Soothes your stomach
Honestly, after I started this, my stomach felt so much lighter, and I could enjoy meals without worrying about bloating 💛
Hope this helps !

Sometimes life teaches you lessons slowly. This post is a collection of things I wish someone had told me sooner — the hard truths we quietly discover and the little shifts that actually help.
🌿 Not everyone needs a front-row seat in your life.
I used to hand out my time and energy to everyone. It left me exhausted and resentful. The shift? Start noticing who supports you and who drains you. Create distance without guilt.
🌱 You really can’t pour from an empty cup.
I kept showing up for others while running on fumes. Now I rest, say no, and refill first. Self-care isn’t a reward; it’s maintenance.
☀️ Protecting your peace takes work.
Boundaries felt rude at first. But learning to say “this doesn’t work for me” has been the kindest thing I’ve done for myself.
🌸 Some endings don’t feel like blessings at first.
Losing people, jobs, or dreams can feel like failure. But endings create space. Trust the empty space; it’s where new beginnings grow.
✨ Good things take time.
I used to rush everything — healing, success, relationships. Nothing blossomed faster just because I worried harder. Be patient with your growth; slow progress is still progress.
🌿 It’s okay to change your mind.
Changing your mind isn’t inconsistency, it’s evolution. Give yourself permission to pivot without shame.
🌱 Healing isn’t linear.
Some days you’ll feel like you’re back at square one. You’re not. You’re cycling deeper, learning more, building resilience.
☀️ You don’t owe everyone an explanation.
Stop over-explaining. Protecting your peace matters more than pleasing everyone else.
🌸 You’re allowed to start again — as many times as you need.
Your story isn’t over. You’re allowed to rewrite it, to begin again, to become who you want to be.
✨ Takeaway:
If you’re in a season of burnout, loss, or big change — you’re not failing. You’re learning. Start small. Protect your peace. Give yourself permission to rest and to begin again.
🤍 Save this post for the days you need the reminder, and share it with someone who might need to hear it too.
