Because of copyright issues, it's becoming very hard to judge what might be safe to upload. I don't want to see people stop uploading obscure tracks as I think they are much appreciated by people that otherwise would not be able to hear or sample it. Just as an example, I often receive thanks from family members who are unable to listen to long lost recordings by deceased family members. In many cases they don't even have a copy of the songs I uploaded. We, as collectors and music historians, cannot allow these rare recordings to be lost to time and obscurity. So I will continue to do my best and try to avoid copyright infringement while I continue on my quest to rescue these lost tracks. If I upload something that belongs to you and you want it removed please ask me and I will be happy to comply. You also have the option of monetizing it so it can continue to be enjoyed by others. If channels like mine are removed from YouTube we will all lose an important part of our past. Thank you.
