Hi, my name is Kisaki.

I created "Onago! Fitness" for middle aged and elderly women.
'Onago' means 'women' in old Japanese, not 'on a go' in English.

Pelvic floor muscles are very important for women's health and beauty.
This program focuses these parts and is composed of simple and slow movements.
