I specialize in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training - pronounced like "hit") Workouts. HIIT means that we will work hard for a short period of time (usually 30 seconds) but then you get 10-20 seconds to recover after each exercise. That's what makes HIIT so wonderful! You can push your body to the max knowing that you'll have time to recover very soon! It's my favorite for this reason ❤️❤️
