I’m Almie, a yoga teacher with 500+ hours of training, creating inclusive, nervous system aware practices shaped by lived experience. This channel is a supportive space for women of color and all bodies to practice yoga that feels accessible, sustainable, and grounding. My classes are designed for real humans navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and the many seasons we move through.
You’ll find Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, gentle flows for stress and anxiety relief, guided meditation, and breathwork to support nervous system regulation, deep rest, and self-trust. My teaching is grounded in the belief that yoga doesn’t need to be complicated, performative, or exclusive. You don’t need to look a certain way or fit into a mold to belong here. Yoga is about feeling more resourced, regulated, and at home in yourself.
