Being so honest….

I can’t… and don’t even want to imagine where my mind would be without the peace and stability and grounding and assurance that only Jesus provides.

Just being so sooo honest life has *so* many challenges … TOO many… for me to even consider myself as the source of my strength. It’s literally comical to even consider.

I may cry (deeply, and for a longgg time) and be immensely saddened, but I’m genuinely never hopeless. Never depressed. Never defeated or feeling like a situation is beyond repair. Never feeling like life is out of control, etc.

I don’t know who may need to hear this today (notice I said need, and not necessarily WANT 😉) but if you’ve read this far… 👇🏽

Jesus really does bring a peace that your friends, the internet, chaptgpt, Claude ai, your spouse, your boo thang, your pet, your favorite workout class, your comfort meal, your crystals/cards/random trinkets CANNOT bring 👏🏽

Jesus Christ is the (only) way, the (only) truth and the (only) life 🙌🏽

He’s not a magic genie, but He surely is there when you call on Him with a sincere desire to know Him.

HE MAKES THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE 😭🙌🏽

Hi Friends!! Just an fyi, CashApp has been closing people’s accounts for (literally) random reasons, and they recently closed mine down too! 🙄 Thankfully I was able to transfer what little I had in there, but I did want to share that if you are wanting to donate something for my free classes on here, the best ways to donate are via my Venmo, or clicking the ‘Thanks’ button under an active video ( right under my name but above the comment section.. you have to click the arrow on the right to reveal it)

For the first half of class, Garrett will start us off with some powerful mobility-centered exercises and I’ll carry us through the second half with a creative and challenging vinyasa flow (don’t worry, there will be plenty of modifications for beginners!)

Hi Friends! Just wanted to let everyone know that I’m finally recording the classes so many had asked for: PRE/POST NATAL CLASSES 🥳

However, I am notttt expecting! (Yet 😉) If you see thumbnails of my hands on my belly, it’s solely to let those scrolling through YouTube immediately notice what *type* of class it is (because people look at photos before they read titles)😅.
