Rachel Ahtila is a hunting guide and outfitter from British Columbia, Canada. She cut her teeth spending summers as a child and teenager in a remote hunting camp in Northern BC. Rachel made her debut into the professional world of hunting at the age of 18, when she obtained her first guide license. She went on to be hired by Jim Shockey to run camera filming and be the 'rookie guide' on their new hit series "Jim Shockey's The Professionals". Rachel's career has included filming for two season for "Hunting Adventures", as guiding many hunting celebrities for the other outfits she's worked for. Acclaimed author, past podcast host, and active conservationist, Rachel's work has taken her to guide and work horse crews in the Northwest Territories, the Yukon, and at home in British Columbia.
