66 Days was founded by me, Dan, a dad of two and husband of one in London. I struggled with my own wellbeing as the pressures of work and family pushed self-care to the back of the list of priorities, until I broke down and had to reset my life. Physical fitness, nutrition and rest are now the foundations for a healthier life that allow me to enjoy the gifts of family, work and life.
