From the foothills of the Himalayas to the flat terrains of Punjab, to the snow-capped peaks of Kashmir, where empires and cultures clashed and combined. Loya is the result of this confluence of flavour, passion, and influence, all culminating beautifully on the plate.

Inspired by the local term that means “gathering for a feast”, Loya is a coming together of the most cherished recipes from the North. Our search for the authentic and the long-preserved dishes brought us here. Loya offers the warmth and comfort of the past intersecting with the energy of today. The menu revives lost culinary traditions, while the bar and service experience gently brings the diner back to the present. The music, a spirited remix of popular folk music from the Indian Subcontinent tells the story of the magnetic North.
