In times when stress and anxiety levels are rising, I decided to start this channel to show you beautiful artistic methods that help alleviate your stress.
I have a masters degree in social sciences, I am a meditative artist and I have completed coursework in the field of well-being science and positive psychology, equipping me with the knowledge and skills necessary to offer art classes focused on teaching relaxation techniques through artistic expression.
I hold the belief that inherent creativity exists within every individual, yet life's challenges often obscure these artistic talents, leading many to doubt their creative abilities.
