New Vision Recordings is a Drum & Bass label releasing tunes by RareForm. The label was launched in 1999 by long time friends and collaborators Gary J Robinson & David May as a platform for releases under their avant-garde Drum & Bass project.
One of the last Drum & Bass imprints to establish itself in the pre-internet driven scene of the late 90s; New Vision bought with it new sounds, new beats and a style that had not been heard before.
Armed with remixes from top Drum & Bass producers including Drumsound & Simon Bassline Smith, Spirit and Total Science, RareForm’s debut releases exploded onto the scene throughout 1999 and established the label as a force to be reckoned with while catching the attention of heavyweight DJs including Goldie, Fabio and Grooverider.
