Hey there! I'm a Canadian Christian living with chronic illnesses. Yes, plural!
Finding my way through, to heal naturally, and without any real medical system care, being in western Canada.

I've got lots of hope to offer, but note that: if you're looking for someone to blow sunshine up your butt, this may not be the channel for you. If you're looking for the real deal, you're in the right place!

I have MS & Lyme (maybe the same thing?), toxic mould exposure, and now hypoglycemia and epilepsy.
Over the years I have found the medical system has failed me and even harmed me many times. I've had to learn a lot on my own and really learn how to advocate for myself.
It has been a bumpy road at times!

This channel is my vlog and also a place to share information I have found along the way that may help you too.
My pursuits are primarily diet/nutrition/exercise/lifestyle, functional & holistic treatments.
