Hi, I’m Pamela. I’m a weight loss health coach and Zumba instructor. I help boss babes/busy women lose weight and maintain the weight as I’ve been maintaining it for 2 years already. I do this without restrictive diets or endless cardio so you can develop a better balance with food, activity and your business/work.
I also help you build a better relationship with food and your digestion so you can remove the guilt/shame from feasting or even just eating chocolate. Another thing I help with if your goal is not weight loss at the moment is just getting started with your fitness and health goals and/or eating better, because believe me, people have asked me questions such as how to stop snacking and/or my cravings, and how do I keep being motivated and disciplined to continue my fitness and health journey. Basically my method is a no BS approach to weight loss and/or health.
