In May 2020 I found out that Reddit had RPan (now defunct), where you can stream on there. While viewing the streams, I came across a DJ doing a stream every day to get to 100 by December. I saw him complete his 100th set, and not only that, he inspired me to stream on Reddit... Now I stream on Twitch (@palsyp).
I use my left foot to operate my equipment and my nose to use the keyboard...
On another note, I use a computer-generated voice on my videos because I cannot physically talk.
