Remi Bolduc, a celebrated Canadian jazz saxophonist, bandleader, and composer, boasts a thriving career spanning over 45 years. His impressive array of projects include A Tribute to Charlie Parker, The Random Masters, A Tribute to Dave Brubeck, and Sax Zenith. As a leader, Remi has recorded 11 albums, collaborating with international artists such as Marc Johnson, Kenny Werner, and Jerry Bergonzi. In 2011, his Tribute to Charlie Parker was honored with the FÉLIX award for Best Jazz Album at the ADISQ.
Rémi's instrument setup includes a Yamaha Custom Z saxophone, a Sebastian Knox 8.5 mouthpiece, D'Addario Select Jazz 3 hard reeds, and a KB sax neck. Serving as an associate professor at McGill University's Schulich School of Music in Montreal, Remi imparts his enthusiasm for jazz to his students. He is also an endorsed artist for Twigg Musique, Yamaha, D'Addario Canada, and KB Sax.
