In 1999, a Kansas Company named Winona Van Norman Inc. was incorporated with 100% of the shares of the company owned by Machines Works Inc. of Wichita, Kansas. Thereafter, Winona Van Norman Inc. of Wichita entered into an Asset Only Purchase Agreement under which it purchased the historic machine manufacturing company called Winona Van Norman.
Along with certain intellectual property, machinery, and other assets owned by the Winona Van Norman (WVN) Division of a Wisconsin corporation named D&S Manufacturing Inc. This also included engine rebuilding, equipment manufacturing, distribution, sales, and service business.
The heritage of quality and excellence, which had been synonymous with the Winona Van Norman name since 1888 continues in the American heartland where Winona Van Norman Inc. continues to innovate new solutions for our customers.
