THIS IS NOT A BEFORE AND AFTER ⚠️
This was a mid way progress report from my client Hannah. 📈
She came to me with a clear goal of being able to feel confident in a bikini for a holiday to Barcelona in May this year…
Her confidence level was at an all time low and she even said in our initial call she was considering cancelling the whole trip!!
Now the difference is clear to see in these two photos:
✅Smaller waist
✅Abdominal definition
✅Stronger shoulders
✅ Stronger Legs
Here are her stats 👇
Start:
Weight - 65.23kg
Waist - 78.5cm
Now: 🙌
Weight - 62.05kg
Waist - 71.5cm
And we are by no ways done! We still have 7weeks to go! 💪
The funny thing is that before putting these two photos together, Hannah felt her progress was slow.
She had a lot of life challenges during this time as well as thinking she’d fallen off track over the Christmas period.
The reality of it is, the initial part of her process was focusing on Body Recomposition, building her lean mass whilst simultaneously stripping body fat. And this is a prime example of that. 🔥
Her weight is only down 3kg but the overall change in her physique is phenomenal (7cm off her waist already) and most of that won’t be evident until we finish of the fat loss focused phase. 🏆
What are some key points you can take from this?
📌DO NOT let the scale be your ONLY measure of progress
📌Don’t try to win the game… just focus on winning the next point
📌Look at consistency over the long term.. NOT day to day…
