We started Humans of Wagyu to share information about Wagyu and barbecue with the world. After a lot of requests from our community, in 2020 we started offering our Wagyu Selection through exports to 6 countries so far, as well as wholesale and retail to more than 25 countries.

Looking for a place to enjoy Wagyu in Osaka?

We had the Striploin at Ushi no Kura (牛の蔵), a Yakiniku restaurant with multiple locations across Japan.
The restaurant specializes in serving Satsuma Wagyu, a Wagyu brand from Kagoshima Prefecture.

Satsuma Wagyu originates from the Kagoshima Prefecture, formerly known as Satsuma Province, located on the southern island of Kyushu in Japan. It is highly regarded for its marbling, tenderness, and rich umami taste, making it a prized delicacy among beef enthusiasts.

There are only 10 registered farmers that are raising Satsuma Wagyu. 
Today the beef served came from Hitoshi Yaeo San’s farm!
