Mutfak Sanatları Akademisi (MSA) or the Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul, today ranks among the top culinary schools of the world.
The MSA campus includes professional culinary and professional pastry & bakery kitchens, bar-tending and mixology classes, an activity kitchen designed for culinary enthusiasts, conference rooms, Turkey's only culinary auditorium, "The Library of Food & Beverage Expertise and Rare Books" and a thematic museum with a special collection on food & beverage history, the kitchen lab for R&D studies as well as the Okulun Mutfagi Restaurant. More than 300 brands teamed up with MSA for corporate events and special culinary projects. The school extends its services far beyond the scope of education by also focusing on R&D projects, menu and product development and human resources.
