Being comfortable enough in your body, strong enough to still find a way to keep going & proud of yourself here & there while being a work in progress simultaneously even when your life is literally a pile of bricks & a completely unrecognizable mess is literally a different kind of strength & sadness but yet such a powerful emotion of how alive & powerful emotions & feelings & how fkn deep I feel , reminds me of my humanity, which means no matter how much they tried to sabotage or keep me from taking photos & loving my skin & being proud of it, I'm still here ALIVE , REAL af , authentic & raw & with an attitude that I plan to keep & take along with me in the future.

It's healthy to love your body and have a very close relationship with it, you should know all of your body and all of its functions, to not would be to miss out on the huge massive purpose of being alive and a human, everyone is so disconnected from being themselves and being within themselves and so consumed with the outside, when in fact what humans need is to be one with themselves and be balanced physically, emotionally, mentally & physically, what you see & feel & knowing the workings of yourself matters & absolutely makes a difference, to give your mind & body & soul to others to control & rule over you would be a massive violation of human rights to exist and be in themselves & evolve to higher levels of consciousness and enlightenment which is where light & peace flow freely & easily, no harm, no shame , no jealousy no unnecessary competition & greed & no evil. As earth should actually be!

What makes America so great is freedom, the right to choose one's own line of work & not be discriminated against for what profession one chooses to partake in & to be able to be an entrepreneur & creat your own wealth without the hindrance of "ai robots on what someone else wants to say is or is not ok to do or be or work as"
what makes being an American so amazing is constitutional rights, and the fact that we get to choose our own belief systems & aren't forced to follow corruption & cult like religions that use power & control tactics like shame to control & hinder one's ability to be of optimal health & to be nonjudgmental, nondiscriminative & not stereotype & lack true knowledge & human consciousness, to be an American is absolutely fkn amazing & to not understand those rights as an American & to not understand Your Human & Civil rights is something that needs to change for every human!

Knowledge is power & to keep knowledge from people to control them & hinder their rights to choose what they want for their own life's and health is unfair and must change world wide ,
And if you disagree then you are a part of the problem and are exactly what's wrong with the world today!

No matter the circumstances always do the best you can to take action and get a little bit of everything done and keep things moving forward and making progress no matter how difficult and different that may be each day, everything adds up overtime and eventually everything will work out for the absolute best and be better than ever and before ya know it things will be super easy peasy , balanced ASF and moving fluid with optimal speed, functionality & progress in every area of your life,

Good karma, God , the universe, it all will gravitate towards you as you keep challenging the lies & false characters, and chaos others may try to blame and fog you into their dark unintelligent chaos , keep shielding & staying focused on your priorities & what matters, keep saying no to anything and everything that isn't you or in alignment with your morals ethics codes , purpose , dharama & the human you are evolving into of your own choosing, do not let anyone else wrote your story, tell your story, or write the script of your life, past, prese6or future,

Keep rejecting everything you don't want & grounding deep into yourself, breaking all limiting beliefs & hinder factors & burning all contracts with anyone & anything that makes progress & wealth , difficult, challenging, negative or bothersome, calling all of one's self back to themselves & rebuking everything that doesn't align, support or radiate positive , loving, strong , euphoric, passionate, vibrations & endless amounts of energetic bliss !

Motel is so much better than a SUV ,
It would be one thing if I was planning to love in my SUV and had prepared for such, but with no notice at all, yeah .... Definitely a living nightmare it's been ,

However, I'm grateful to be alive and able to cook this, eat this and work(make content & work on my fitness therapy program aka twerk ta-werk pilates) when I'm feeling well enough to do so and that's a massive positive in my life 💯


I do wish the best for everyone and am so grateful to those who have donated to help me out during this time of my life and business building,
I know it's been such a huge mess with the setbacks from injectors botching me, injuries, family and life stuff and then being forced out onto the streets like this , ugh 😩😭 I would not wish this on anyone,

As an entrepreneur and having a vast variety of skills , which I have and am grateful for as I have invested a lot of time and energy and effort into growing my skills to provide for myself and my son , whom is now off to college,
That being said , not having access to all of my tools and supplies for the vast variety of ways I make a living and earn income has very much hindered my capability to do all the work I would do when I'm able to work , All of my hair supplies and my camera supplies and my fitness supplies all of that stuff, which i don't have enough room in the vehicle for although I would have swapped out some stuff if I was able to get to the house last summer and now, the police were not very helpful and demonstrated lack of experience and empathy for such , and that was disappointing and saddening, and now with the "protection order" which was in place based on "lies" told by my mother , which was odd she & my brother changed up randomly & were like teaming against me, now my mom is in the ICU, & I still don't wish harm.on her or my bro, I hope they heal & learn & resolve whatever is going on with everyone being misplaced from themselves, & I have called my stepdad numerous times to retrieve my mail and work supplies items to get my tax returns finished and to get my work stuff so I can at least be doing hair and making nore progress on work that is when I'm not feeling nauseous and my brain's not completely dissolved in somewhere else 🤷🏽‍♀️ but sadly no responses from them, certainly they are just busy 🤷🏽‍♀️

They extended the court dates once again, obviously the county is not being honest with me because why tf would they not supply housing when forcing someone out of their child hood home they lived in for the last 7+ years, so unfair and the state really needs to hold themselves accountable for their lack of education in their "resource departments" and lack of actual aid for those in situations such as my own 🤷🏽‍♀️ (expired canned goods and a 1-4 year wait list for help is not reasonable in any way shape or form , especially for someone with my nutritional needs!"

Casen doesn't get to have his senior year again, I think everyone should call up the Arapahoe county Justice department and ask the judge why he would force a single mother and her son into homelessness and why it's so acceptable to be a part of the homelessness problem and not protect those who are actually the ones being abused and wrongfully accused !

Obviously I was staying there because I had enough self-confidence that I could protect myself and I had a plan to get out of living there and living. There was obviously a smarter choice considering the fact that living homeless on the street is inhumane. I had nowhere to go and I was providing and keeping my son at a distance from the individuals whom I was living with.l, which was the departments fault to begin with!

anybody who doesn't have the resources for women and children who are living in homes where they're unhappy and they are being abused and stolen from which all those who follow me on IG yet and fb know .....
forcing those individuals and those women and those children into homelessness so somebody could kidnap my child or turn them into some drug addict. May God have mercy on them all.

Please call up the Arapahoe county judge in the civil department. I can't remember what the judge's name is. Call up the Arapahoe county Police department and complain about this!

This should never happen to a mother and her child. I'm not a drug addict. I was building a business. I was building a brand, and creating a fitness, therapy, dance,sports health program,

Living in a house where I was being stolen from, and the jealousy of me making income off of my videos through Facebook, caused those individuals I was living with into behaviors of sabotage towards me
I was being screwed over and my accounts were being hacked. I was still a victim of identity theft from 7 years ago which I was trying to recover from still.. on top of the debt my brother left me in from bailing on our lease agreement prior which was oddly enough my mother's idea so he could live with his new girlfriend, just like before when his ex wife slept with my baby's daddy and he forgave her when she threatens suicide if he didn't forgive her,

I was the one trying to be forgiving and to share information I've learned through reading, psychology, books and books about healing and peace and Dharma to better educate my siblings and parents. However, they didn't want to hear it because they wanted to have their excuses to be in comfortable mediocre ways, which was sad because I always wanted my family to be happy and healthy but I learned that it's best to have boundaries and not share any of my business with them because every time I do they start to sabotage my life. Hence why I don't want them in my life as a form of protection for my own personal peace for both me and my son .

And trying to manipulate my son into thinking that I'm a bad mom because I prioritize health and take him to the gym and have him be organized and taught him how to have a schedule and manage his time and then for them to tell him to be lazy and to eat candy and to eat junk food and studying doesn't matter and grades doesn't matter and sitting around playing video games and not going outside and not getting healthy. Activity in is completely acceptable, although we know that is a huge cause of depression and is extremely harmful to human functionality and overall success, and he will never reach his goals of owning a mansion if those are the habits he has versus the habits that I worked very hard to raise him to have in order to ensure his success as an adult because he shared with me his lifelong goals and dreams, and I took my job as a parent seriously and made sure to set a example and the standard of how to have good personal hygiene and how to balance health, fitness school and work and Friends so to do the opps of this and try to ruin our lives is absolutely inexcusable and then to try to tell him to lie to me to tell him to lie to me and eat bad food which affects his emotional health is just the stupidest thing ever 🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

To me it's not about who's winning over my son or and it's not about him being property to me. It's about his health and doing what's right and being a positive leader and a role model and just because somebody wants to judge the way that I found a way to make another source of income and they may have their stereotypical prejudice views against such but that does not change the fact that I'm still a great parent. A great mother ,extremely financially responsible and did not deserve any of this abuse and sabotage and identity theft.

And I know for a fact that's a real thing because I would never in a million years name, call people in the privacy of my own home or in public, nor would I ever call anybody fat or ugly. Because I understand that that's not always a choice and that would be very rude, cruel and unfair and unkind. And that is some type of person I have never been.

And make sure you drink at least 2 gallons of water especially if you working out , and check your pee and eat your greens and fruits and protein and definitely take your shoes and vitamins and minerals and don't judge people you don't know, mind your business and be of value, help others help themselves and don't be afraid to speak the truth, say it like it is, stand up for yourself and be all that you can be in a good way, and always just try to do your best, regardless!

Headfk yourself anyway necessary to keep yourself on the path to success and to make sure the job all your jobs get done and you stay of quality, peace of mind, enlightenment, Intelligence, success, passion, beauty, divine alignment, and so much more!

And when you're angry , use your words, try not to break or throw anything that you can't afford to pay for or fix, especially if it's not fixable & most certainly don't hurt anyone or yourself! Maybe just go fk yourself or meditate or do some yoga or run or something instead 😂🤣🤬😡🤬🤷🏾‍♀️

& never let those who wanna play you for a fool or mess you up see you cry, you too strong & good for that nonsense & greedy controlling evil stupidity!

& Definitely don't sit in your feelings or emotions if they aren't of love, happiness, peace, pleasure, euphoria, bliss, strength, seriousness, spiritual energetic frequencies & positively motivational, & productive to life & being .

Never be afraid to tell someone to go fk themselves & always use your shield & magic as it's intended to be used, refused to be owned & controlled by others , keep those who aren't respectful of you as you are to self at a greater distance, especially if they try to disrupt & disturb, protect your peace & energy first & foremost!
